Sermorelin’s approval question

A pharmacy-made medicine is not an FDA-approved one

As of September 2026, the U.S. market has no FDA-approved sermorelin product. Compounding is when a pharmacy mixes a medicine for a single person on request, rather than a drug company selling a finished, ready-made product.note

As of September 2026, a pharmacy licensed by its state may prepare sermorelin for a specific person holding a prescription, provided it keeps to the other rules for made-to-order medicine. So getting sermorelin this way, with your own prescription, can be lawful.note

As of September 2026, that pharmacy-made preparation is not FDA-approved.note

Keep both ideas together: lawful to make is not the same as FDA-approved.
